Our experience has allowed us to examine all of the different products and equipment that are available for pools, and determine what works for us and what does not. We are not a retailer, so our emphasis is not on quantity of sales but on quality of service. We only use and sell the products we have tested and approved, so you can rest assured your investments will not only work but last. We hold our pools to a higher standard, because we care about your swimming experience.
Weekly Maintenance:
We service areas throughout Tampa. On a weekly basis, your water will be tested and balanced, baskets emptied, equipment inspected, pool surface brushed, and debris removed. If we notice any problems or have any concerns, we will contact you via email as soon as we can. As the seasons change, we adapt and help your pool to do the same. Sometimes weather becomes an obstacle for us and our schedules get jumbled, but we make sure every pool gets the service it needs every week.
Repairs:
When problems arise, we want to solve them as soon as possible. A pool needs to be circulating and filtering to stay clean and healthy. We will diagnose the issue, explain to you our options and recommendations, and before you know it your pool will be back in action doing an even better job of cleaning itself. On a regular basis we will replace broken baskets, worn O-rings, filter elements, or fix any equipment leaks we come across.
Equipment Upgrades:
Efficiency is everything. Keep It Super Simple, right? We have seen it all, and we know what works for us. We are partial to certain brands and types of filters, pumps, and other equipment, because we have watched closely how well they perform over long periods of time. Many products we have seen just do not live up to our standards. If we make a suggestion, it is because that is what we believe is best for your particular pool. Any piece of pool equipment has a limited lifetime, usually 5 to 10 years before it needs to be replaced. If yours has lasted as long, that is very fortunate, but it may be time to consider ways to improve your pool’s efficiency.
Salt Systems:
Chlorine generators, more commonly known as salt systems, are a relatively new way of sanitizing pool water by converting salt into chlorine. A salt cell is plumbed inline and connected to a control panel that is powered by the pool pump’s timer, so that whenever your pool is running the system is disinfecting the water. These systems work very well at preventing algae and keeping water crystal clear and soft. For a few years now we have been learning everything we can about salt systems, how they work and how to keep them working. We have converted many of our existing pools and with astonishing results. We are very happy with one particular brand and have had many issues to work out with some other kinds. Every one that we have installed works tremendously and we will do everything we can to preserve it.
Pressure Washing:
Dirt and mold can really build up throughout the year and make quite a mess of your whole pool area, so it needs a little special attention from time to time. We have a high power pressure washer and can clean up your pool decks and screen enclosures. We do not clean houses or roofs, but we can do driveways and sidewalks. Because we stay so busy caring for all of our pools during the week, we have to plan well in advance and schedule a day that will work for us.
Deck Rehab:
Cool decks crack and get stained, pavers fill up with dirt and mold, and all decks need some repair or maintenance eventually if not annually. The problem is we cannot in good faith recommend anyone for the job, so we will do it ourselves and make sure it is done right. We have researched and tested the best paints and sealers and spoken with the experts about proper prep and applications. Pavers should be cleaned and sealed regularly. We can fix the cracks on your cool deck and give it a real facelift by cleaning and repainting it. It is amazing what a difference a little extra effort can make.
