Quarterly Update: Spring 2010
We will be posting quarterly updates each season, and we will try to post more and more notes and news each month. Please check in from time to time to read about everything Joeys Water Care is busy doing. This website is for you, our customers. Thank you so much for your continued support.
This has been one interesting winter, the longest and coldest we have had for a very long time, but we are fast approaching another Florida Summer. Swim season is here. We hope this will be the best one ever, because we are more dedicated than ever. With new lines of communication open, we will be able to keep you informed and up to date. No more service tickets blowing off the table and no more phone tag. Any notes or important messages we have for you will come to you via Email, and correspondence will be much more productive. We will be saving paper and ink, and you will be saving time.
Last month we attended the annual Orlando Pool and Spa Show, where we took some very interesting classes and learned about the latest developments in the industry. We attend the show each year, and every time we come home with new ideas of how our services can be improved. This website is our attempt to better communicate with our clients, because the more informed you are the better we can serve you. Soon we will be notifying you of some new industry standards and suggestions on how to bring your pool up to speed. All of your pools were built at different times under different codes and standards, and we want to make sure your pool meets all the current requirements. Your safety means a lot to us, and we want to help you understand why some components of your system may or may not be as safe or efficient as they should be.
Everyone has noticed the leaves and the pollen falling all over the place. Please bare with us, as we are doing everything we can to keep your pools clean. We know it is time to swim, and we are working like crazy. If your pool is unscreened and has trees overhead, there is only so much we can do. We need your help emptying baskets, sweeping decks, whatever you can do between our visits to keep your pool from being overwhelmed by debris. Hopefully the pollen will ease up on us really soon.
